Dock Leveler
A hydraulic or mechanical bridging system designed to compensate for height differences between the loading dock and the truck bed, allowing for the smooth and safe passage of forklifts and pallet trucks. The levelers are designed for a rated dynamic load of approximately 6 to 10 tons depending on the model, and feature a telescopic or folding lip of variable length for optimal penetration into the truck. The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety valve for emergency stop in the event of the truck moving, and the upper surface is made of teardrop steel to prevent slipping. The vertical operating range allows for a significant height change in relation to the dock level.

Telescopic Dock Leveler
A telescopic adjustable lip dock leveler for precise connection between the warehouse floor and the truck under all loading and unloading conditions.

Standard Dock Leveler
A dock leveler with a folding front lip is designed for loading bays where a reliable and simple solution for daily operation is required.

We view the loading dock as a single, integrated system. The leveling device is designed to work in full coordination with the sealing sleeve, vehicle restraint system and industrial door, creating an efficient, safe and sealed loading environment. Our solutions set a high standard of safety, reliability and quality, while fully engineering the dock system to the precise needs of the site and the logistics operation.
A control panel that allows full and easy control of all ramp operations, including an emergency button and an interlock option with the electric door for safety.
Reinforced construction with longitudinal and transverse profiles to prevent deformations under point load from forklift wheels to maintain a flat surface.
Easy access to the hydraulic system for periodic inspections and preventive maintenance, including a safety support bar for safe work.
Effective and long-lasting protection against corrosion, especially essential on outdoor docks or work areas characterized by high humidity and high salinity.
Loading Dock Accessories
Traffic lights
A signaling system synchronized with the height equalizer communicates with the driver via red and green lights, indicating when it is safe to dock or leave, and preventing accidents.

Loading docks bumper
Heavy-duty industrial rubber dock bumpers absorb impact during truck docking, help prevent damage to the building and vehicle, and extend the service life of the loading equipment.

Dock Wheel Guides
A galvanized steel wheel-guide system that helps align trucks precisely with the loading bay, prevents costly infrastructure damage, and shortens docking time.

Loading docks lighting
Powerful and adjustable industrial lighting fixture for illuminating the interior of the truck. Increases dead zones, prevents work accidents, and improves operational efficiency.
