Fire-Rated Roller Shutter
Fire-rated roller shutters are designed to compartmentalize fire and smoke in openings in walls and between areas of a building. The systems are designed to remain open under normal conditions and close the opening automatically when a fire is detected. The shutters are made of double steel sections filled with compressed mineral wool or advanced insulation, which provide high resistance to extreme temperatures.

Fire-rated roller shutters with integrated active fire protection systems
Fire-rated roller shutters are engineered to contain the spread of fire and smoke through wall openings and between different building zones. Under normal operation, the shutter remains open and automatically closes upon fire detection. The curtain is constructed from double-walled steel slats filled with compressed mineral wool or high-performance insulation, ensuring excellent resistance to extreme temperatures.
Thick galvanized steel steps with the option of internal mineral wool filling to improve thermal insulation and fire resistance.
The shutters can be integrated into the building's control and safety systems, including fire detection systems, smoke evacuation systems, and emergency management systems.
Fireproof shutters are manufactured and tested in accordance with international safety standards and the most stringent firefighting requirements.
In routine operation, it functions as a standard electric security shutter for continuous opening and closing, and in an emergency, it immediately becomes a safety fire barrier.
We deliver uncompromising safety through all our shutter systems. Each system is equipped with a mechanical speed-control mechanism that ensures a controlled, gradual descent in emergency situations. We provide a complete end-to-end solution to meet all relevant standards and regulatory requirements, supporting Form 4 certification and fire authority approvals from initial design, through certified manufacturing, to installation by qualified professionals.
